2010 MWACSM Exhibitor Request Form / Instructions

 The MWACSM Board and Officers would like to invite you to display information at our 2010 MWACSM Annual Meeting to be held October 29-30, 2010 at University Place, IUPUI, Indianapolis, IN.

The Exhibits can be open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Friday, October 29, and 8:00 am-noon on Saturday, October 30, 2010. Dr. Craig Broeder will be organizing the exhibits at the event. Register with the MWACSM Office to reserve a space now! See mwacsm.org; click on 2010 Annual Meeting.

 Please RSVP by Friday, October 15, 2010 (two weeks prior to the annual meeting). If you RSVP by September 15, 2010 your business information will be listed in the 2010 MWACSM Annual Meeting Program.

A table and two chairs will be provided. Please contact the MWACSM office at mwascm@bgsu.edu prior to October 15, 2010 if you would like any other amenities (e.g., electrical outlet, etc.).
