Membership

Academics, physicians, students, and other professionals are all welcome to join the Midwest Chapter. You may join the chapter by returning the Membership Form, using PayPal (see Buy Now button below), contacting the MWACSM Office or by visiting the ACSM National Website and joining the national and regional organizations at the same time.

Membership Levels

  • Professional Member

    Generally applies to those with an earned undergraduate or graduate degree in an area related to sports medicine, health, physical education, or exercise science, or those with a degree in other areas and working in these or related areas.

  • Student Member

    Generally applies to full-time undergraduate or graduate students in a field related to sports medicine.
