Academic, physician, student, and other professional members are all welcome in the Midwest Chapter.  You may join the chapter by returning the Membership Form, contacting the MWACSM Office or by visiting the ACSM National Website and joining the national and regional organizations at the same time.

Professional Member: Generally applies to those with an earned undergraduate or graduate degree in an area related to sports medicine, health, physical education, or exercise science, or those with a degree in other areas and working in these or related areas.

Student Member: Generally applies to full-time undergraduate or graduate students in a field related to sports medicine.

Associate Member: Applies to those not eligible as a member or student member, having an interest in the area of sports medicine and in the Midwest Chapter
